I wanted to brag about how I got the chance to visit the boutique of a well-know stamp company called MY FAVORITE THINGS! I was glancing through their website, and I remembered that their warehouse and boutique is located here in Florida. I scrolled down to the bottom of their website, and found a tiny little link that said "JOIN US FOR A CLASS!"
I would NEVER have seen it! I saw a great class listed that was two weeks out that worked with my schedule. It was working with Alcohol and Distress inks, and I instantly signed up!
It took me about an hour and a half to get there. (Eustis, FL from Trinity, FL) The drive took me through several little towns. I forgot that all of Florida isn't built up and over-run with McDonald's and Dunkin stores!
It was a great class, and the boutique was huge! Here is a picture of me standing outside the front window of the boutique! So cool! I regret to say, I did not buy anything while I was there. I was interested in a flower set, but (as always) it was discontinued. (poor me). It was SO much fun to browse and gawk!
I have been busy in my craft room, I just have no decent camera to take photos of my creations. I am working on it though. See you in a bit!
